Thresholds:
Reflections from the Edge of Change
Change rarely happens all at once.
More often, it unfolds gradually through moments of uncertainty, curiosity, grief, growth, and the quiet realization that life may be asking something different of us.
Thresholds is my publication exploring the psychology of change through a trauma-informed, creative lens. Through reflective essays, I write about mental health, creativity, professional identity, mythology, nature, and the ways we make meaning during life's transitions.
Some essays explore the lived experience of therapists and helping professionals. Others examine creativity, personal growth, mythology, or the everyday threshold moments that shape our lives. Throughout each piece, my hope is to create space for curiosity before certainty and understanding before easy answers.
Whether you're a current or former client, a fellow therapist, another helping professional, or simply someone who enjoys thoughtful writing, you're warmly invited to read along.
Thresholds is published on Substack, where you can subscribe to receive new essays directly in your inbox and join the conversation in the comments.
